There are two appointments available at every clinic which can be booked via the internet (See Below)

Patient Auto Booking Facility Internet

Several Internet appointment slots have been made available to patients who would prefer to book their own GP appointments. Two appointment slots will be reserved each day in both the morning and afternoon (Morning only on Thursday) for Internet users. If you wish to use this facility you will need PIN --- Please ask our reception staff to provide you with a pin number. (Each member of your family will require their own pin number.)

To run this facility properly and to avoid disappointment please use the following procedure:

• Morning appointments MUST be booked at least 12 hours BEFORE your appointment time.
• Afternoon appointments can be made the same day, BUT NO LATER than Mid-day.
• Any afternoon appointment slots which remain unfilled by 12.00 Noon will be released for general access.

How Do I... Obtain Telephone Advice?

A doctor will be available to answer any medical queries you may have. If you feel an appointment is not necesary, ask reception staff to book you a telephone consultation appointment.

How Do I... Obtain A Home Visit?

If you are too ill to come to the Medical Centre, a home visit can be arranged. Please telephone before 10.30 a.m. if possible and give a brief explanation of your condition to the receptionist, this will help the doctor to assess the urgency of the visit.
